Celebrate the start of 2026 in style at Sam’s Riverside with our special New Year’s Eve Set Menu at £140 per person. Begin the evening with a glass of Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2020 and canapés before enjoying Carlingford Lough Oysters, Lobster & Crab Raviolone, Roast Duck Breast, Tronçon of Halibut, Wild Mushroom Bourguignon Pithivier, indulgent desserts and a New Year’s Eve Cheese Selection. Served from 5pm on Wednesday 31 December with our DJ playing until 1am – the perfect way to dine and dance your way into 2026.
Celebrate the magic of Christmas at Sam’s Riverside with our luxurious Riverside Set Menus – The Holly (£55 per person) and The Ivy (£70 per person). Perfect for elegant festive gatherings, enjoy Roasted Celeriac & Apple Soup, Truffled Beef Tartare, Bronze Turkey Roulade, Roast Halibut, Christmas Pudding Soufflé and Clementine & Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée. Join us at Sam’s Riverside this Thanksgiving for a special Set Menu at £65 per person, blending American classics with a twist. The menu features New England-style Ham & Sweetcorn Chowder, Maple-Glazed Pumpkin, and Scallops Rockefeller, with mains including Dry-Aged Sirloin, Roasted Cornish Hake or Salt-Baked Celeriac Wellington, and indulgent desserts like Pecan Pie or New York Cheesecake. Available from 5pm on Thursday 27 November.
Oysters are a big focus at Sam’s Riverside. And the bar team has terrific drink recommendations to accompany them, from cocktails to wine options. What a fabulous way to kick off any weekday evening. Available Monday to Friday from 5pm to 6.30pm (last orders), our delicious oysters are £2. (Excludes Bank Holidays).
This September, we’re celebrating 20 years of Sam’s with a series of special dinners at Sam’s Riverside and Sam’s Waterside, featuring five courses of seasonal dishes perfectly paired with exceptional wines and hosted by the suppliers who make it all possible.
Showcasing everything from award-winning butchery and sustainable seafood to hyper-local produce and world-class wines, each evening is a true celebration of the people and ingredients that have shaped Sam’s over the past two decades. Tickets are £85–£125 per person - join us throughout September for a month of food, wine, and stories worth sharing.

Sundays are made for roasts — and at Sam’s, we serve them just right. Think Herefordshire aged sirloin with all the trimmings, or rare breed free-range pork belly. Ideal for get-togethers with family and friends. Served every Sunday, from 12pm-4pm.
