Our Private Dining Room, discreetly set apart from the main restaurant, offers an exclusive space for life’s most memorable occasions – from intimate family gatherings and birthday celebrations to elegant dinners, business lunches, and board meetings.

Our Private Dining Room in the restaurant is a truly special space for up to 18 guests.
For large groups up to 10 guests, we can also accommodate your party within the Main Dining Room, with our À La Carte Menu.

For groups of 11 or more, our chefs have designed two seasonal three-course Private Dining Menus, priced at £65 or £75 per person, for your guests to enjoy.
To make your event even more special, we’re happy to arrange thoughtful touches such as a welcome glass of Gusbourne, signature nibbles like our Parmesan Churros and Dorset Crab Toasts upon arrival, or a beautifully crafted homemade cake to celebrate the occasion.
We charge a minimum spend for all private dining reservations, as outlined below. A 13.5% service charge will be added to the total, but it is not included in the minimum spend requirement.

Please note that the minimum spend may vary from the above during bank holidays or on specific key dates throughout the year.
To secure your booking, we require a credit or debit card on file. We’re happy to hold a provisional booking for up to 72 hours while you provide your card details.
If you need to cancel your confirmed booking, please do so by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your event will incur a fee of £20 per person, charged to the card on file.
If you are looking to host a larger number of guests for anything from a Wedding Reception to a Birthday Party or a Corporate Function, we are always happy to talk about a private hire of the entire restaurant. Our beautiful space works well for a seated event for up to 80 guests or for canapés and drinks for up to 150 guests standing.

Both of our Sam’s Kitchen locations offer welcoming, versatile spaces perfect for private events, from intimate dinners to lively celebrations. Whichever venue you choose, our team will work closely with you to create a memorable experience tailored to your occasion.
Our Hammersmith location provides a cosy, intimate setting for seated dinners of up to 18 guests or informal standing receptions for up to 30 guests. Our Chiswick location offers additional space, accommodating up to 24 for a sit-down meal or 50 for a sociable standing event. Both venues offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere with thoughtful service, making them ideal for everything from birthday dinners to business gatherings.
